Pleasant Holidays adds Norwegian cruises

Los Angeles-based tour wholesaler Pleasant Holidays announced the addition of Norwegian Cruise Line to its vacation package portfolio Nov. 12, adding the cruise company’s year-round Aloha State sailings to its list of 2016 and 2017 product offerings.

Norwegian offers seven-day itineraries on the 2,180-passenger Pride of America, which departs year-round every Saturday from Honolulu to visit each of the Aloha State’s four major islands. The cruises also provide visitors more than 100 hours of time ashore to explore Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii.

“Pleasant Holidays offers everything agents need to book a complete cruise vacation on one of NCL’s magnificent ships,” said Jack Richards, Pleasant’s president and CEO, in a statement. “We offer flights on all major airlines from cities nationwide, pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, onboard accommodations, informative excursions and tours, travel protection coverage, port transfers for select destinations and more, offering one-stop-shop convenience and competitive commissions for travel agents.”

Along with the Hawaii sailings, Pleasant will offer Norwegian cruises in Alaska and the Caribbean during the 2016 and 2017 seasons.
