Azamara Quest dry dock extended, shortening prior cruise

Cruises said it will extend the dry dock for the Azamara Quest by three
days, cutting into a cruise scheduled to depart Singapore on March 17.

The cruise, which is departing before the dry dock, will be shortened by three days. As a result, it will
not overnight in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, according to a post by Azamara’s corporate
blogger Bonnie MacLaird.

“Our
president, Mr. [Larry] Pimentel, and senior executives have decided it best to extend
the upcoming Quest drydock by three additional days to ensure a smooth dry
dock,” MacLaird posted.

Passengers can cancel at a full
refund, or get a refund of three days along with other compensation if they
continue with the cruise.
