2015 Developments
Became part of the American Express Travel Partner Network.
Opened two additional Arizona-based office locations with a new and expanded technology center as well as a supporting call center in Phoenix, enabling commuting flexibility for employees living in the Valley of the Sun.
Successfully relocated and expanded the Mexico City office, increasing headcount capacity to a staff of 250 in Mexico and enabling ICE to exceed annual sales goals as well as focus on providing expanded Travel and Lifestyle services to Mexican national members and B2B partners.
More than doubled sales of the Direct Selling organization under the Sears Vacations brand that is now operating coast to coast, significantly increasing lead generation and direct sales efforts and preparing the foundation for other brands to be launched in these key markets.

Looking Ahead
Projecting another record year for 2016.
A commitment to delivering the Next Gen technology platform. Next Gen supports a scalable, cloud-based, content-rich travel and lifestyles platform with highly sophisticated yield, revenue management and alternative currency integration.
Through an agreement with a large supplier that will bring a wide range of merchandise, the platform will include an excess of 100,000 SKUs in this category with significant product margins. These product margins will drive member value and customer engagement for participating members.
Expanding the Mexican, Canadian and Australian markets with planned rollout of a full suite of lifestyle, travel, cruise and tour products customized to these local market requirements.
In Q1 of 2016, ICE launched a new corporate website, shifting its online presence to a more dynamic platform with enhanced user interaction, a mobile-responsive design and improved public-facing content.
Aggressive social media plan that continues to expand. With an increased fan base and user interaction, media channels will continue to be utilized as strong recruiting tools.
