AmaWaterways
AmaWaterways is promoting its wine-themed cruises with savings up to $1,500 per cabin on 2017 departure dates. Guests can toast AmaWaterways’ own Concerto Wine, crafted in collaboration between the cruise line’s owners and winemaker, Jim Clendenen, aboard the following itineraries: Taste of Bordeaux, Port Wine Flamenco, The Enchanting Rhine, The Romantic Danube, Melodies of the Danube, Blue Danube Discovery, Provence Spain, Paris Normandy and Enticing Douro.
Aranui
The Aranui 5 passenger-freighter ship to the Marquesas islands is offering a $300 per person onboard credit for three 2017 sailings – March 7, March 25 and April 13 – booked by Jan. 31, 2017. Extra savings can be enjoyed on the June 8, 2017 cruise with 10 percent off for the pre-summer sailing, and seniors also will get a 10 percent discount off the Sept. 30, 2017 voyage. For the shipboard credit, code “2016-Holiday” must be mentioned.
G Adventures
For something different, tour operator G Adventures is extending an early reservation bonus on its 2017 Norwegian voyages booked by Dec. 14, 2016. A 15 percent discount per guest applies on Scottish Islands Norwegian Fjords and Norwegian Fjords Arctic Discovery itineraries, and a 25 percent one applies to the Cruise the Norwegian Fjords itinerary.
Ben Perlo, Managing Director for G Adventures in the U.S. said, “Norway’s Arctic coastline is absolutely incredible and the fjords are ideal for expedition cruising. These three discounted itineraries offer a more accessible way for couples, singles and groups to tick off a bucket list destination in 2017. We’d love to see them take advantage of these early booking deals.”
Scenic
For U.S. travel agents looking to put a Scenic Eclipse expedition sailing and travel valued at over $20,000 in their Christmas stocking this year, Scenic is running a river cruise booking contest. From Nov. 1 through April 30, 2017, an entry is placed for every five deposited 2017 reservations and needs to be self-submitted and finished by May 31, 2017.
Star Clippers
The health conscious can enjoy special Star Clippers cruises with complimentary yoga, meditation and fitness classes across the sailing ship fleet in 2017. On the Royal Clipper will be instruction by Joel Harper, Lauren Deatherage, Catherine Derrow and Paige Welborn; on the Star Clipper by Allaya Cooks-Campbell and Jordanna Lippe-McGraw; and on the Star Flyer by Jenny Schatzle and Shannon Aleksa.
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection is presenting “Our Best Offer Ever” as applied to select 2017 itineraries to Europe and Russia. The special promotion provides River Heritage Club loyalty members with double their usual benefit through Dec. 31, 2016.
