Hotel giant helps Silversea market cruises in China

Silversea Cruises has partnered with Plateno Group, a hotel
operator in China, to market and sell its cruises to Chinese guests.

Formerly called 7 Days Inn Group, Plateno was founded in
2005, starting with the 7 Days Inn brand. It currently lists over 3,700 hotels
in China covering 20 brands in 300 destinations.

Earlier this year, a Shanghai subsidiary of Chinese
state-owned enterprise Jin Jiang Hotels Group acquired an 81% stake in Cayman
Islands-registered Keystone Lodging Holdings, the owner of Plateno Group, at an
enterprise value of $1.53 billion.

Silversea said it will continue to honor all existing travel
agreements with agents in the region.
