Carnival Cruise Line Launches Redesigned Travel Agent Finder on Its Website

Carnival Cruise Line has redesigned its Travel Agent Finder, unveiling a new version on its website this week.

The new Travel Agent Finder is designed to match Carnival’s regular consumer-facing site. It includes a new Google Maps addition that displays agency locations.

The feature now allows consumers to search by agency name, city, zip code, or state, as well as to use their current location to search for agencies near them. Agencies can list their contact information, including phone number, email, or website through GoCCL.com.

“As we continue to deliver on our commitment to support our travel agent partners as they grow their business, we’ve significantly enhanced the functionality and the design of our Travel Agent Finder to make it easier for visitors on our website to find a local travel agent,” said Adolfo Perez, senior vice president of sales and trade marketing, for Carnival.

Another redesign to the site is coming in next spring. That upgrade is expected to allow home-based agencies to enter their information into the system.
