Cruise Planners tool asks clients ‘where to next?’
Cruise Planners has launched a tool that will capture client data about where they want to travel in the next one to three years, enabling Cruise Planners to target market the right destinations to specific clients.
The Where2Next Survey is embedded in all Cruise Planners advisors’ websites and invites their clients to answer a simple question: “Where to next?” The tool collects their answers and provides advisors with those insights.
A Where2Next campaign has also launched in Cruise Planners’ social media platform, CP Social.
Cruise Planners is running a contest to increase client participation in the survey. Clients who complete the survey through Dec. 4 will be entered into a giveaway for a three-night stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun.
In addition to the new survey and campaign, Cruise Planners recently upgraded CP Social. It now includes the ability to schedule posts to five different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business and LinkedIn. Its content library and social media analytics have also been enhanced.
“During this time, the more we can engage clients with their advisor and travel aspirations, the stronger we will be when travel begins to rebuild,” Cruise Planners COO and co-owner Vicky Garcia said in a statement.
