Beautiful, somewhat new, rooms at thereasonable price, joined with great food choices with an unusual casino environnment would be the reason I rank this hotel third.  The casino floor includes a ceiling that replicates twilight in Paris, filled with one leg in the Tour d’ Eiffel jutting down over the ceiling during the casino.  If you might be on a tight budget,you are able to stay at Bally’s nearby, save a couple of bucks, but still enjoy most of Paris’ amenitieswith no upscale room and value.
