Cruise Master LLC rolls out expansion plans

Cruise Master LLC is moving ahead with optimism having achieved a 35% growth across all its brands for year to date. Ashok Kumar, managing director, Cruise Master LLC explains to Travel Daily Middle East the path ahead.

“The cruise lines to be favoured in the growth are cruises like Norwegian Cruises and Princess Cruises including Star Cruises. This segment is doing well in the region and people want to go on cruises. In our business, we have witnessed a repeat ratio of almost 45-50% which is very positive. This has been consistent in the last couple of years across all the segments. In my view, cruising has the highest rate of satisfaction and becomes quite addictive with time,” he added.

With a well-established presence and strategy, Kumar looks to enhance the customer experience. The growth in business called for the need to expand into new markets. “Last year, we took n a sales person in Saudi Arabia as there was increased demand from that market. We are also looking at potential markets such as Kuwait or Qatar in the future,” said Kumar.

In line with the expansion, the company is currently working on a booking portal. “The portal will bring all out brands under one roof. We want to offer our customers an online shopping experience. Customer can chose their itineraries and other cruise details online while the payment will have to be made through an agent. This new initiative will be launched by the end of the year,” disclosed Kumar.
