Norwegian Cruise Line launches agent chats

Norwegian Cruise Line is launching a series of live chats to connect travel agents to senior sales executives.

The first “Ask Away” chat is scheduled for Dec. 5. It will be hosted by Andy Stuart, executive vice president of global sales and services, and Camille Olivere, senior vice president of sales, the Americas.

The live video-based chats are intended to take place monthly.

Each session will be hosted by a third-party moderator so participants feel comfortable asking questions about any issue they are interested in learning more about.

The first session will moderated by travel agent Charlie Funk of Just Cruisin’ Plus of Nashville. Funk also is a columnist for Travel Weekly.

Questions and responses from the monthly “Ask Away” chats will be archived.
