Fancy cruising through ICEBERGS? Luxury cruise line expands POLAR expeditions

Already a leader in five-star Polar expeditions, PONANT will be taking its four new luxury ships on expeditions to explore Oceania’s secret islands and blue lagoons and to South America’s Orinoco River in Amazonia, Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea, and the Indian Ocean.

Recently PONANT has started working with the Alain Ducasse Enterprise to train its chefs in the culinary concepts of the Michelin starred Ducasse.

The French chef has 23 restaurants in seven countries with a total of 19 Michelin stars that include two in London: Alain Ducasse At The Dorchester and Rivea in Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge.
