Visited : Darjeeling/Sikkim Services Offered : Hotel, Transport Posted on : 27 August 2015 Our tour was well coordinated by India Travels online. We enjoyed our full tour at Shimla manali. Hotel chosen for Shimla is not up to the mark, but Manali hotel “Manali Residency” is very nice. Staff of India Travels online was excellent and cooperative and also the taxi driver was exceedingly helpful. i would rate India Travels Online 4.5 out of 05 star.

I used India Travels Online to book my trip. The service offered was simply great. The agent anuradha assisted us on each and every moment of the trip. The package was specially tailored as per my requirements… Was offered the best in class service. All of my necessities were booked prior for me. Bus, Cab, Hotel, Food Adventure activities. The bus was great Cab was always at the doorstep to use. The hotel paradise was very nice. The terrace area in front of the room had the best view possible. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. There were few issues but then we still live in human world. 1% of error is acceptable. Overall experience was just awesome. Once again a special thanks to Anuradha, who helped me to make this trip memorable. She is the one who made me go on this trip. 5 stars for her too. Disclaimer: Beware, she calls you like 100 times a day. Literally. Thanks

It was great, I had some bad Experiences with online India regarding there co-ordination, apart from this my trip was for 6 Days and 5 nights, but our 3rd and 6th day was totally wasted, we wasted our full 3rd Day in travelling from Shimla to Manali, and there was nothing on 6th day, on 6th day after checking out from Hotel @11am we waited for our bus on street till 4:30 because our bus timing was 5pm for Delhi these are some worst experience. Still we enjoyed a lot because it was our first trip to Himachal which is memorable , Hotel, Hotel Staff and food was good in Manali which we didn’t got in Shimla.

The offer of the agency, India Travels online, was very reasonable. cooperation of the staff (Madam Anuradha and Madam Shrinkhala) was appreciable. Arrangements made were satisfactory. Overall we are happy and have a awesome experience.
