Cruises Inc. and CruiseOne customers get rebooking incentive

Dream Vacations/CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. are enabling
their travel agents to offer a perk to clients who book a cruise within 30 days
of returning from a cruise.

Customers have four choices: a credit toward a shore
excursion, a resort for a day experience, onboard credit or a hotel stay.

The program, called Loyalty Cruise Perks, will be fully
funded by World Travel Holdings, parent of the Dream Vacations/CruiseOne franchise
and the Cruises Inc. host agency.

In addition to booking a cruise vacation within 30 days of
returning, customers must sail within 18 months. The perks can be combined with
the cruise lines’ book-onboard promotions.

“We recognize that acquiring a new customer costs about
six to seven times more than retaining an existing one,” said Rosemarie
Reed, vice president of sales and marketing. “With so many options to book
travel nowadays, it is important to express our gratitude and reward our loyal
customers to keep them returning back to their travel agent.”
