Chicago O’Hare Becomes American’s Newest Airport to Offer Flagship Check-In
CHICAGO – Beginning today, American Airlines premium customers at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) can enjoy a more personalized and private check-in with FlagshipSM Check-In, designed to enhance their travel experience.
Flagship Check-In provides eligible customers with a separate entrance to an expedited security line, as well as a private check-in area staffed with customer service representatives dedicated to assisting with individual travel needs. This includes seat and itinerary changes, updated flight information, and baggage assistance.
Chicago O’Hare is American’s latest airport to offer this exclusive service, following openings at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Miami International Airport (MIA) and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Customers eligible for Flagship Check-In include:
• ConciergeKeySM members
• First Class customers traveling onboard an American Airlines or oneworld® international flight with three-class service
• First Class customers traveling onboard an American Airlines three-class transcontinental aircraft departing from LAX, MIA or JFK
• Customers of American’s Five-Star ServiceSM – a personal one-on-one airport assistance program provided on the day of travel

ORD Flagship Check-In is available daily between 4 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and is located on the upper level in Terminal 3 near Checkpoint 8.
