There are also plenty of opportunities to purchase a glass masterpiece in one of the many shops which could be a romantic memento from a honeymoon.

Tip: Avoid offers of any free boat rides from your hotel to Murano as you will may end up at a larger glass factory and feel pressurised into purchases. Instead enjoy making your own way to Murano and explore the many factories and shops yourself.
